Magic Potion Play is a New Zealand owned business creating sensory play products handmade in New Zealand with non toxic ingredients and a sprinkle of magic. These products are designed for play only and must always be used under adult supervision.

All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Safety and Product Use

Our products are intended for sensory play only, not for consumption.

By purchasing from Magic Potion Play, you agree to use our products responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided.

Children must always be supervised while using our products.

Some items may contain small parts which may pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years.

Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately.

Magic Potion Play is not liable for any misuse of products.

3. Orders and Availability

All products are handmade in small batches. Availability may vary, and items may sell out quickly.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders cannot be changed once they are packed and prepared for shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the rare case of product or pricing errors. If this happens, you will be contacted and refunded.

4. Shipping

We ship New Zealand wide.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Rural delivery may incur extra charges.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

Magic Potion Play is not responsible for delays due to courier networks, weather events, or peak season demand.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of sensory play products, we do not accept returns if you change your mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

6. Allergies and Sensitivities

While our products are made with non toxic ingredients, some contain botanicals or fragrances that may cause sensitivities in some children.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check ingredients before purchasing or using our products.

Magic Potion Play is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
