Refund policy

Here at Magic Potion Play, we want you to love every bit of the magic you bring home.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of purchase as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

💫 Items We Can’t Accept for Return

Because of the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on:

• Sensory play items once opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

• Custom or personalised products

• Sale items or gift cards

🌈 How to Start a Return

Simply email us with your order number and details of your return request.
We’ll guide you through the quick return process from there.

You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you’d like an exchange, a new delivery charge will also apply.

💕 Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item and will go back to your original payment method.

Magic Potion Play is not responsible for parcels lost in return transit, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your tracking number safe.
