We work a little magic every day! Most orders are processed within 2 working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be packed and sent on the next business day.

We always do our best to get your potions and play goodies to you as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location and the courier network.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

We ship most orders around New Zealand using NZ Post.

Urban addresses: please allow 1–3 working days.
Rural addresses: please allow an extra 2–3 working days.

Once your parcel leaves our hands and is on its way, delivery times are out of our control, but if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know so we can follow up for you.

Free shipping for orders $100 and over (excludes heavy or oversized items).
